Canon established the Association of Technical Service Professionals (ATSP) program to test and reward the competency and professionalism of service professionals of Canon office equipment. Those who chose to apply were put through rigorous testing by Canon. Only the best are awarded certification. WJS is proud to have in its service department 24 professionals who have been awarded Bronze level status and 5 of those have further achieved the Silver level and 3 have excelled to reach Gold status. WJS is honored to have more ATSP certified professionals than any other dealer in Louisiana. What does this mean for our customers? It means that when your Canon equipment needs service, not only will WJS provide a prompt response but we will also provide a service professional who is properly trained on your equipment and takes pride in their work. |
